The AnchorCheck plugin has been re-enabled with fixes thanks to work from Nathan Arthur. If any problems are found please report them as new issues.

I've checked again and I think sitemap parsing does work in v10. I've created #676 which includes user documentation of sitemaps and some new messaging.
