Yep im getting this issue, i made a MacOS VM to get it working and spent a few hours on this

So i just saw in settings that there is hotbar gestures, what are these gestures?
I found out if you have an app open and change your system color to another one it activates, but if you close and reopen any app Ex. explorer.exe it...
UPDATE: I found a way to get it to work, you need to enable Extend Frame Into Client Area to get it to work, Do this for every item!

Same issue on Arch Linux, I am 99% sure an nvidia GPU causes the issue as on my other device with an AMD GPU, there are no issues
You can try installing it from the AUR (orca-slicer-bin) just a warning, I see your using an arch based distro so try at your own risk
