I ran this PR locally. I can see there is ctid field in subscription and account_tx now. However, i can not see ctid in tx response any more. My input:...

According to [SPEC](https://github.com/XRPLF/XRPL-Standards/blob/master/XLS-47d-PriceOracles/README.pdf)  We should return error when trim is invalid uint.

I think Clio's response (invalidParams) maybe more descriptive.
