It looks to me like you've made unrelated changes to database.yml, and that you deleted a migration from 2018 -- @awwaiid mentioned a migration from 2024.

I'm fine with that, and it frees up @danielabar for something else.
I think it'll be simplest to hold off on merging this one into main until we get the other fix around this in.
Are you looking to continue on with @Naraveni 's PR, and fix the issues @dorner raised?
