[Feature Request] Remove KeyVaultExtensions and ManagedKeyVaultSecurityKey

Those 2 extensions cause [CVE](https://identitydivision.visualstudio.com/IDDP/_componentGovernance/95750?_a=alerts&typeId=20680128&alerts-view-option=active).
