I think no one can reasonably claim that... I saw that, in the non header-only case, `target_sources(${_NAME} PRIVATE ${ABSL_CC_LIB_SRCS} ${ABSL_CC_LIB_HDRS})` is used, that is with both "source" and "header" files....
