easy way to dump kmers with certain prefixes?

Hi, is there any fast way that kmc just dump kmers with certain prefixes, other than looking through the whole kmc database? thanks chunlin

it seems seeksv generates more somatic SVs than other callers - do you have any suggestion for applying filtering? thanks
