**表现** `enable` 为 `false` 的时候, 无法隐藏返回按钮 **期望** 根据 `enable` 正确显示隐藏返回按钮 **原因** 原因 `wxml` 文件里面缺少根据 `enable` 确定是否隐藏 `.nav-back`. fixed in https://github.com/wechat-miniprogram/navigation-bar/pull/8

slot 节点固定在右侧跟「官方小程序菜单」冲突
