Are both servers in sync? I mean, with the same time? Are you using NTP? The reason of an Invalid tickets is often server with different date time configuration, or...

I think `AccountController` is loaded because it wont give you the error `translation missing: ja.error_saml_invalid_ticket` if not loadeed. Can you paste the full stacktrace of the error?

This problem is because required gem in not loaded. Did you run bundle and restart your service?

Can you please paste the bundle output?

Are you sure ruby process serving redmine has been restarted? Because gems are supposed to be downloaded, but the instance runing says it can't find OmniAuth class provided by one...

Which redmine version are you using?
