The command line version works everywhere .Net 5 runtime is available for, that is Windows, Linux and MacOS. Nevertheless, a web interface is easier to deploy.

Hi @e4je , The Document Translation service is not deployed yet in Azure China. It just reached general availability in public Azure, that means it will be deployed in China...

You will need to use a key in the "global" region. The other regional keys do not work with most samples yet, because the samples do not set the region...
