Some code in the `cc` crate needed to be updated for the newest NDK. I've created [this PR](https://github.com/rust-lang/cc-rs/pull/728) to address the Android failure.

It occurs to me that if this is committed then developers using older versions of `rustc` (and targeting the corresponding Android NDK) but a new version of `cc` will encounter...
