Support for (critical) questions

Adding questions to Argdown was requested in #207 and previously in #129. I am not fundamentally against this feature, but I have to think about the consequences that would have....

Argdown and AIF should be convertible into each other. Let's make that happen! Based on discussion in #218.

Instead `argdown-map.js` should check if the component is already registered and only log a warning if that is the case. See #210 for context.

The source view is less readable because of no automatic line-breaks and missing padding between premises.
