Added an Italian translation for the README file (separate folder).

Is it possible to use [Database pools](https://orientdb.com/docs/3.0.x/java/Document-API-Database.html#using-database-pools) with PhpOrient? I didn't find anything about it in documentation but I could have missed something.

Logout not working on iOs

Hi, I'm currently facing an issue with logout on iOs 12. Everything works well, but even if I call `logOut` method on `LoginManager` instance, my user is always logged in....
