I was able to do it four or five times reliably after I verified how to reproduce it. Might be interesting to see if another Mac user has the issue.

Can v0.2.5 be released so we can use the npm registry again?

I see this as well on MacOS. the `RenderFilename` function works if the file already exists. It fails silently otherwise. I can touch the file and then see the contents...
