Add FMV feature names priority[ABCDE]

Sorry, but "priorityA+priorityB+crc" seems nonsensical to me. I'd prefer syntax that makes such errors impossible. I don't think that such strings should be used to expand the range of priorities...

Roll up of issues with N3089

It turns out that I don't need a special build of clang-tidy after all, which is great. Invoking clang with --analyze -Xanalyzer -analyzer-checker=optionality,nullability,core does the trick.
