manage.py build fails after adding Reactivated to existing project

Closing the issue since [this documentation update](https://github.com/silviogutierrez/reactivated/commit/738f440132a6e65c31e02890481079e1ad31bc89) solved the immediate gap.

Only a higher term leader can receive a client request to add v to the log

I'm late to this, but my understanding is the leader of the older term 2 will not successfully complete any client requests. Being in a leader state does not necessarily...
