Support custom packet size and delay in MultipartForm uploads

In AFNetworking we can upload a file custom packet size and delay time like this `throttleBandwidthWithPacketSize:(NSUInteger)numberOfBytes delay:(NSTimeInterval)delay;` but how can i do with Alamofire?thanks!
