[BUG] redis-server blocked after upgrade redis cluster from 6.0 to 7.2

**Describe the bug** i deploy a rediscluster in k8s with 4 shards, each shard with 2 replicas in x86. after upgrade from 6.0.20 to 7.2.4, one of the slave blocked....

bug: auto generate operator user secret not deleted when instance is deleted

Currently, acl user password is set in acl config in plaintext. use hash 256 to store the password
