Confirming this issue on **macOS (Darwin 24.5.0)** with Claude Code v**2.0.62** Same problem here: - **alwaysThinkingEnabled**: true in both ~/.claude/settings.json and .claude/settings.local.json - Setting is completely ignored - thinking mode...
