I used the command on official website of Kali net hunter:- pkg install wget wget -O install-nethunter-termux https://offs.ec/2MceZWr chmod +x install-nethunter-termux ./install-nethunter-termux But, it did not work. After downloading 1.3GB file, it said one file not downloaded, download manually, Help now

I typed this:- wget -O install-nethunter-termux https://offs.ce/2MceZWr But it says:- --2022-02-19 17:12:38-- https://offs.ec/2MceZWr Resolving offs.ec... 217.70.184.38 Connecting to offs.ec|217.70.184.38|:443... failed: Connection refused. What should I do....? Help me plz.
