MSSQL 2008 cannot be queried by SPARQL when limit is used

Thanks a lot. I am using version: `docker pull ontop/ontop-endpoint:4.3.0-SNAPSHOT` The problem `limit` has been solved. But when the number of `offset` is very large(1000000+), it will be very slow.
