As far as I know, Slicer organizes everything on the filesystem in studies/series. So assuming that all images belong to the same series, they should be in the same directory...

Yes there is, but it doesn't make sense to me that the names are displayed incorrectly. When you create a segmentation on your own and then change the segment name...
