Radarr docker repositories does not exist anymore - 404

I found an error 404 on https://hub.docker.com/r/hotio/radarr/ So I think you can replace it with [linuxserver/radarr](https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/radarr/)

fix: augment `vue` rather than `@vue/runtime-core`

This PR removes augmentations of `@vue/runtime-core` in favour of only augmenting `vue` (the new recommendation), which should fix issues when other packages are only augmenting vue (see nuxt/nuxt#28542).
