First of all, nameko is a great library! I want to replace my own creepy "microservice framework" with it. It would be great if I could configure the rpc queues...

Pass the timeout settings through the underlying requests library.

It would be great if `uv publish` had a `--skip-existing` option that ignores errors from files already on PyPI, similar to poetry's and twine's `--skip-existing` options.
