Redirecting to different page if sign up / log in?

Hi, thanks for the plugin! Is it possible to redirect the user to a different page the first time he signs in (aka, when he registers)? Thanks again

Is it possible to pass only id, accessHash, fileReference and dcId to download_media?

downloadMedia works perfectly fine when I pass the whole media, but if send only these four values it doesn't return nothing, is there anyway to solve this? Am I missing...
