Decision on NUM_HEADING_BIN

Hi,

What is the reason for having 12 heading bins? https://github.com/charlesq34/frustum-pointnets/blob/2ffdd345e1fce4775ecb508d207e0ad465bcca80/models/model_util.py#L13 I could find the reason neither in the paper nor in the repository. Could it be greater or less than 12?
