Added functionality to make package pip-installable. Doing this in pypi has raised some concerns about the ordering of the install that made it difficult to account for. You can however...
[Create pip-installable package in PyPI](http://peterdowns.com/posts/first-time-with-pypi.html). Ideally we would be able to push out releases on PyPI at the same time that we make them available on our repo.
Not sure how valid this is (is this truly within the scope of this library?) or in what form this will rear its ugly head, but it would be neat...
