Accuracy issue with `nearestPoints` method

@jaakkor2 , Checking with a buffer would work, but what I wanna know, is what would be the most accurate way to create such a snapped point?

LibPQ.jl crashed on Alpine 3.20 with the latest 1.18.0 version, resulting in a segmentation fault error.

@iamed2 , I tried it before. It was failing with version 1.17.1 as well, which is why I upgraded to the latest version.
