For an example, see https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry.io/blob/main/content/pt/_includes/page-not-translated-msg.md?plain=1. You'll want to create a Spanish version of https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry.io/blob/main/content/en/_includes/page-not-translated-msg.md?plain=1.
