I see vina installation is failing because it's trying to build from source, and it can't find boost. Should we install boost-cpp package and try if vina can build it?

Any thoughts on this change? This is becoming a real pain point

Or, maybe we should use https://github.com/scipy/oldest-supported-numpy like sklearn does. This looks like a good solution for everyone.
