I had the same issue on RockyLinux 8. The solution was to disable [ProtectSystem](https://www.redhat.com/sysadmin/mastering-systemd) in `postfix.service`.

The backend should try to use the language of the `Accept-Language` request header.
My initial tests show that I'm stuck with the overlay on some circumstances. I'll need to do more testing.
I still experience timing issues so the loader stays visible even though the routing is completed. Investigation required.
