Add some logs for debugging sfu-ws

Fix building scripts

1. Fix urllib2 request. 2. Install google-cloud-sdk for macOS/Linux , arm64/x86_64. 3. Remove unsed grunt-jinja-new-grunt. 4. Fix eslint issues.

compile on ubuntu 19.10 using gcc version 9.2.1 20191008. compile on macOS Catalina Version 10.15.4 using the Apple clang version 11.0.3 (clang-1103.0.32.62).
