pqiv freezes during slideshows on my mac

I observe two manifestations of pqiv freezing when running it on my Mac. Typically I might have it running covering part of one monitor, while reading something in another window...

Allow for `lsp-ui-doc-max-width` value of `nil` to use the `frame-width` value.

Replaced all occurrences of `even?` with `evenp`
