Did we decide using Docker, as we were before, is what we want to do? I think @stefanv might've had some objections.

Docker has security issues, but Josh said we should ignore that for now. Alternatives that I wanted to consider: lxd (https://www.ubuntu.com/cloud/lxd), rkt (https://coreos.com/rkt/), and singularity (http://singularity.lbl.gov/).
