NAV calculation

Currently the NAV calculation on the Assets page is using Total paid fees which is incorrect. We need to make two changes:

1. Use Total pending fees amount for calculating the new NAV amount
2. Change the title from Accrued fees to Total pending fees with the tooltip

@sophialittlejohn this is still not fixed. The title is now correct for Pending fees, but the value is still Paid fees

And while we're at it, can we remove the minus sign from the fees? We're not doing that for the dashboard so best to keep it consistent across the app
