Bug: Link to token transaction for Centrifuge chain goes to incorrect link

Where: Anemoy Description: if you click on the icon of Centrifuge Chain and try to check the transactions on Centrifuge chain the link directs you to subscan.centrifuge.io instead of showing all transactions! https://centrifuge.subscan.io/

The link should open to all the pool transactions within Subscan

Currently subscan does not support showing all the transactions by pool id. This is something we need to coordinate with Embrio.

Right now there's so much going on with the new SDK, we will prioritize later.
