feat: Allow to show what happened during `EpochExecution` in the reporting tab

Currentyly we have the following period filter options for reporting: image

We need to extend that to have another option Epoch where the points in time that are shown are based on when an epoch was closed.

NOTE: A nice to have would be to have the date of each entry in the tables in this case be a link to the associated block on subscan!
