Unable to start host for debugging Azure Functions

I was able to resolve this to update extensionBundle in host.josn to: { "version": "2.0", "extensionBundle": { "id": "Microsoft.Azure.Functions.ExtensionBundle", "version": "**[3.3.0, 4.0.0)**" } } After restarting VSCode it worked again
