Ah, good point. `AltDrag-1.1.exe` was the installer, `AltDrag.exe` was the binary. You could tell from the icons in Windows explorer. I've updated their names now.

I've still been running into this issue. I tried messing with permissions, changing `preview.php`... I think it just turned out that the default `convertCmd.txt` isn't suitable for the low-end devices...
