I see this is marked "deferred". Is that because it requires changing a markdown library? (Did I understand that correctly from discussions elsewhere?)
Making the change is easy (it's a config file). Making it not create near-duplicate entries might involve direct DB wrangling because seeds are additive.
Defer until after mod-tools in case there are interactions. (Yes it's annoying, but it's also a rare case.)
