Allow different extrusion multipliers for different features, layers, modifiers, etc

It's annoying, but in the AFTER_LAYER_CHANGE custom gcode, use this. At least you won't have to mess with gcodes everytime. {if layer_num==0}M221 S150{endif} #set the flow to 150% or whatever...
