I started from a fresh Docker run but I still hit the same issue. **UPDATE:** Starting from a fresh docker with just `docker run -it osrf/ros:jazzy-desktop bash`, everything builds as expected. That being said I guess the `-r` option wouldn't hurt. Merci/Thank you @christophebedard...
