Using provider.on with v6 errors as filters 'expire'

I had the same error and it disappeared after I set the polling: true as per below this.Provider = new ethers.JsonRpcProvider(fr, undefined, { staticNetwork: ethers.Network.from(connInfo.ChainId), polling: true });
