Searched on open and closed issues, didn't see this - it would be really nice if I could scroll using the mouse wheel. Hopefully this could be added without too...
Also changes the scrollback() function so that the amount to scroll can be configured as a fraction of the screen height. This fixes #103.
Button 5 is needed for mouse wheel processing, but `hscurses` internal processing of ButtonPressed etc. stops at 4.
