Trilinos currently does not test against Visual Studio, but will tag @trilinos/framework for their input.
@lucbv have you had a chance to look at this? It is starting to become critical for @hkthorn.
It appears that a few PRs have been merged related to this. Can this issue be closed or are there other required pieces?

@mperego, can you look at this? This will need to be resolved for the Epetra-Tpetra Transition.
Ok, it sounds like there is some odd logic here? Tests enabled with Epetra enabled without Amesos enabled? And tests disabled with Tpetra enabled? Something like that?
I am ok with not worrying about this, so long as it will not cause an issue during Epetra-Tpetra transition (it does not sound like it would). @etphipp are you...
