Add mutations to edges in transpose mode

Hello,

I am using the -transpose mode which states:

This changes the tree representation from mutation tree to rooted binary leaf-labelled tree, where the samples are the leaf labels and mutations are placed on the edges

However, the Newick output does not have mutations placed on the edges, which would make interpreting the tree easier.
