How to get the recovered matrix from SCITE

Dear author,

I tried to use your software to process single cell genomics data, and confused about how to get the recovered matrix from the noised input, and when I run SCITE using the example test, I got a lot of gv files with ML+number. Could you please help me to solve these questions?
