Help with interpretation of results

Hello SCICoNE team,

Thank you very much for an amazing tool. I have managed to run the tool with our data and ended up with 4 clusters (0,1,-1,2). But my inferred tree has only 2 different set of events. i am wondering why i see only 2 set of events when there are 4 different clusters, wouldn't i get 4 different set of events?

and also, is there a way to extract the events are responsible for every cluster formation?
