Is this project alive?

I was not upgrading it from old version. It is 5.x, and I was applying a patch. So I am confused.

Also the "make upgrade-front" says: make: *** No rule to make target 'upgrade-front'. Stop. What to do?

What about a temporary hardcoded check of platform and browser to disable Chunked Uploads?
