I experience exactly the same error. I believe it might be because Python 3.13 (which HA 2025.10.2 uses) has changes to asyncio SSL handling that break the pyvlx library's connection...

I got finally some time to check this out again. However, I can't reproduce it anymore... I upgrade to the current (2025.11.3) HA and Velux integration works.
